Set my max bid did not win, with max bid sold to someone else. For my max bid on three different lots: 196 for $20, lots 55 for $20, lots 50 for $20.
All these were my max bids, and I lost every one of them. Explain.

I’m sales tax exempt. I’m being charged at Nadeaus auction.
I have people ready to pick up items purchased at Nadeau's Auction. I sent a resale certificate, of which I was never notified that you didn't have, and was told to wait 48 hours to log it in.
This is unacceptable.
I'm paying people to sit and wait. It's costing me.
Preferred solution: Take sales tax off my bills

Vendor switched mdse and used my card without my knowledge it took 4 months to get it returned. Danielle was helping me but I wanted to get my $2003.20 back before she could look into this further.
I am older and would prefer to communicate via a land line. I have evidence of more bad business practices. Worst experience I have ever had with a business.
I have photographic evidence and written too. These guys are bad doers they should fess up.

Gold Standard Auction used my debit card without my knowledge or any purchase. $2003.20.
I just received a refund last Friday, 4 months later. I also purchased a 1995W ASE in MS70. That same day I won a $1000 bill for an extremely low price. They claimed that I bought a beige piece of paper that I had never seen.
I have pictures of the purchased bill, and my brother was right there in the car with me. Afterwards, they changed the verbiage and pic to match the item they claim I bought. The 1995 W ASE was simply removed altogether. It too was a deal.
I have filed a grievance with the FBI. They ripped me off for $1000s in consignment. They also changed their feedback to only good ones. I have the old ones threatening lawsuits, failure to deliver, and sending different coins than purchased.
They are committing illegal business practices beyond my description too. I have altered paperwork as well.

Problem with seller
I needed help with with a auction that I won. Nobody answers the phone at Invaluable or at Davis Brothers Auction. How do you get anything resolved.

No resolution. No response to my emails from invaluable or the seller,items were sent back with letter and proof showing the items were fake and not as per the description giving when I purchased
To keep it short, I purchased two rings listed as sterling silver with lab-grown gems for over $300 CAD altogether. I got hit with a huge fee and a huge shipping price.
It turns out the rings are from eBay and cost $30 CAD each.
No returns. Likely, they have fine print protection, but this was a scam.
